Pop-up feature activates by pushing the center portion of the cap downward and rotating it a quarter of a turn. When popped up the knurled edge allows easy removal of the screw-in cap. Includes a gasket for a leak-free seal on 1982 and later Harley Davidson tanks as well as many other custom tanks. RIGHT HAND THREADS. This cap is Vented.
